What you are buying

Credits are a virtual currency used inside the Dig Reborn Minecraft server. They have no real-world value. They cannot be cashed out, transferred to another server or converted into real money.

Credits are not Minecoins and are not issued by Mojang or Microsoft. This store is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Delivery

Credits are delivered to the Minecraft username you enter at checkout, within a minute if you are online, or the next time you join. Please check your username before paying.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who operate the checkout and handle billing support and refunds.

Rules, bans and chargebacks

You must follow the server rules. If you do not, your account may be banned or suspended.

Any chargeback or payment dispute on a purchase may also result in your account being suspended. Credits delivered for a payment that is refunded or charged back are removed from the account.

Credits you have already bought stay on your account. If your account is banned or suspended, your Credits are kept, and you can use them again if the ban or suspension ends.

Permanent bans are rare. They are reserved for very serious cases, such as threats in real life or terrorism-related behaviour.

Changes and resets

Your Credits are never reset. Credits you have bought or earned stay on your account, including when the server is reset or a new season starts.

What Credits can be spent on is different: the ranks, gamepasses, bundles and other items you buy with Credits may be reset or changed, for example when a new season starts or when the server is reset. Prices and the list of things available for Credits may also change over time.
